Travel with us from Toronto to Montréal where you will experience a variety of cultural and historical treasures including the famous CN tower and the spectacular views from the shores of Lake Ontario to Niagara Falls itself.

This luxury tour takes you from Toronto, one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world through the thundering Niagara Falls, onto Ottawa, home to Canada’s political headquarters. Onwards to Québec city to indulge in some real french cuisine, followed by a visit to the continent’s only walled city north of Mexico, continuing on to Montréal where the escorted tour comes to its end.

Travelers will be given the chance to visit some of Canada’s most well-known tourist attractions as well as try some of the nation’s food specialities and enjoy the most awe-inspiring panoramas the world can offer.

As part of a 9-day bus tour around Canada, you will meet people from all walks of life while you take part in a shared adventure travelling from one historical city to another. You’ll get the chance to sightsee in Toronto including visits to the extremely popular Eaton center mall, receiving more visitors annually than the Las Vegas Strip. The Legislature Building and the University of Toronto, established in 1827, the birthplace of research on insulin and stem cell research and also enjoy a delicious lunch in the CN Tower with magnificent views of both the city and the harbor.

From Toronto we travel to Niagara Falls, passing the stunning shores of Lake Ontario. At Niagara Falls travelers have the option to take a flightseeing tour of the falls and a cruise from river level is included for everyone. Things really kick off here with the tour of a local winery and tasting and in the evening vacationers are invited to watch the magical illumination of the falls.

Following Toronto and Niagara Falls, the tour continues onto Gananoque. There travelers will board a boat for a lunch cruise through the waterways of Thousand Islands National Park to observe the varied and unique biodiversity found on the 21 warn-down mountain islands. Later tourists travel to Ottawa where they will enjoy a 2-night stay allowing time to visit the Ottawa River, Byward Market, Parliament Hill and Canadian Mint - the residences of Canada’s Governor General and the Prime Minister. During their free time, tourists are encouraged to visit any of the excellent cultural and heritage attractions such as the world-renowned Canadian Museum of History, the National Gallery of Canada or Chateau Laurier.

Moving on to French Canada, the tour stops in Québec city where travelers are taken to visit the splendid Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary shrine. The stunning stained-glass windows make this shrine a must-see. Here tourists can sample some French-inspired cuisine in the Old Town before visiting the only walled city north of Mexico: Old Québec, a UNESCO World Heritage site which served as the center of New France until the British victory in 1759.

Finally towards the end of the 9-day tour, travelers will be introduced to the art of maple-syrup-making in the Sugar Shack, Montréal, where a local guide offers an informative, escorted tour. Here, tourists can also enjoy visits to the Old Seminary of Saint Sulpice, the Notre Dame Basilica or any one of the many international festivals or events that take place annually. This city offers an interesting juxtaposition between anglophiles and francophiles and their respective cultures.

Canadian Rockies

Beginning in Calgary and traveling westbound over the Canadian Rockies to arrive after a 2-week adventure rich in biodiversity and nature activities in Vancouver, this Canadian tour of the mountains and other natural phenomena is not to be missed by any nature-lover.

On the National Parks tour of the Canadian Rockies travelers have the chance to really indulge in all the beauty and impressive variety of wildlife Canada has to offer. You can get up close and personal with moose, deer and even bears although we don’t recommend getting too close! This diverse tour takes our courageous wanderers around some of the most stunning national parks in the world. Included in this tour are hikes into the mountains, woodland visits, canoeing adventures and dazzling photo opportunities with spectacular waterfalls, canyons and emerald lakes hidden among Canada’s Rocky Mountain range.

After arriving in Calgary, the tour gets a jump-start by taking a hike into the mountains to explore the local wildlife and discovering the town of Banff where relaxing gondola rides are available post-hike. Banff is a hugely popular tourist destination where travelers can enjoy a dip in the hot springs glancing out on the striking beauty of the Rocky Mountains or take part in any number of outdoor activities.

On to Lake Louise, a lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains where travelers will begin the six glacier hike to Lake Agnes Tea House, a 100-year old tea house to sample one of the many teas available in front of a cabin fire. From here, travelers will move on to Yoho National Park and visit the imposing Takakkaw Falls and Emerald Lake where there is the option for whitewater rafting for the more daring of you!

The Icefield Parkway, also known as Highway 93 North, is a must-see; a captivating journey through beguiling landscapes, stretching 232 km across mountain peaks, deep valleys and enchanting icefields. It is a Canadian national treasure leading through the heart of the Canadian Rockies. The views of the Columbia Icefield and Peyto Lake will take your breath away. The variety of wildlife that can be spotted on the journey is endless: bears, wolves, goats, big-horn sheep, deer and coyote!

After camping and exploring the mountain town of Jasper, the tour continues with a hike to Maligne Canyon, visit to Mount Robson, the tallest peak in the Rockies, and onto Wells Gray Provincial Park. Here vacationers have the chance to take a canoeing trip and see the famous Helmcken Falls.

The Rocky Mountain tour continues through dense woodland into the Canadian desert and onwards to visit Marble Canyon, where you can learn about its ties to native inhabitants of the area. Whistler is the next stop where travelers are free to explore the vacation resort for skiing and snowboarding in winter and mountain-biking in summer, before continuing the voyage to Vancouver.

Upon arrival in Vancouver, travelers embark on a ferry to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island where they visit MacMillan Provincial Park, well-known for Cathedral Grove, home to a 157-hectare stand of ancient Douglas-Fir trees. As well as a visit to the popular town of Tofino, a nature-lover’s paradise, where travelers take a whale-watching tour. So don’t forget to have your cameras ready to go!

Vancouver and Grizzly Bears

Well off the beaten track, the Grizzly Tour takes a round-trip from Vancouver to discover the wilderness of British Columbia. Canada has a vast range of wildlife to discover but this trip takes a special interest in Canada as the native home to grizzly bears.

Looking for a tour with a special focus on Canada’s spectacular scope of flora and fauna? This is the tour for you!

Beginning in Hope, the set of the film Rambo as well as many others, the tour starts with visits to Fraser Canyon and Williams Lake continuing onto Soda Creek where tourists can learn about the Xats’ull of the Shuswap Indians, the original inhabitants, by visiting a museum village with earth houses and tipis. From here, tourists will see cattle ranches on the beautiful lands of the Chilcotin people on the way to Eagle Lake where we will camp the night.

After enjoying the dazzling dawn on Williams Lake, vacationers will embark upon a 2-day rafting tour in a canoe to enjoy the purity of the wilderness and feel the allure of solitude. You will be able to learn about resident animals and plantlife, hike into the forests, relax on sandy beaches, learn how to canoe or read animal tracks and finally enjoy the peace and quiet around the evening campfire.

Continuing with the nature and heritage theme, the tour then proceeds onto Tweedsmuir National Park to the Bella Coola Village of the First Nation People, the indigenous population. As well as this, you have the opportunity to join a circle flight over the coastal mountains and visit a salmon hatchery to learn all about the fascinating life cycle of salmon. Bald eagles, bears and wolves can all be spotted in the Bella Coola Valley. While exploring this native area, there will be a chance to walk the Saloompt Forest trail where you can see enormous mammoth trees and giant cedars before heading back to camp for a salmon barbecue.

The next visit will be to Clayton Falls, where visitors will see millennia-old rock drawings and totems from the Nuxalk Indians. Here travelers will have a tasty picnic on the beach before spending the night in a rustic log cabin by the lake. The following day will see tourists exploring Chilko Lake, before heading out on a 2-day horseback adventure through the Potato Mountains to Tatlayoko Lake. Once here, tourists will be able to take a rafting tour and spend a day at the lake chilling out, fishing for rainbow trout and enjoying an evening of beer and barbecuing.

Getting antsy for grizzlies? Towards the end of the trip, you’ll get the chance to take a riverboat on the Chilko River to visit grizzly bears in their natural habitat fishing, a real once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. But it’s not the end just yet, before heading back the tour takes a detour through Farwell Canyon, Williams Lake, Marble Canyon and Whistler, exploring what each of these Canadian gems has to offer.
